Issue Position

*As your elected official, I am the guardian of our natural rights as set forth in 14th Amendment: Right to life, Liberty and the Pursuit of happiness as secured in the US Constitution as the Founders of this Nation intended it to be.

*We, The People are not subjects under foreign laws and I will always fight against subversion of US Constitutional laws to foreign law(s).

*To protect our individual liberty and rights to due process of law we the people must hold bureaucrats and legislators accountable when they fail to exercise oversight and control or when they them selves violate our rights to equal treatment or protection under the law.

*Individual liberties including Freedom of Religion should be respected and protected against government interference.

*Governmental employees may not enjoy total immunity for crimes committed against law-abiding citizens under the color of law.

*We must enforce those laws and regulations and prosecute those who have committed criminal acts against Citizens under the color of law.
